Weddings

One of the most special days of your life needs to be celebrated in a  special and unique way. Here at, Arch At Chatham, we take great pride in making sure every detail is in place and all your guests have a fabulous experience while at our venue.


We can comfortably seat up to 150 guests for a sit down dinner, buffet or  cocktail reception. 


Included with the venue space are:

  • 15 - 6 ft round tables
  • 4 cocktail tables
  • 200 chairs 
  • Private Parking Lot
  • Personal Event Coordinator
  • Handicapped Accessible | Spacious Elevator
  • Kitchen with ice-maker, oven, commercial refrigerator and prep space.
Each wedding is unique with it's own special details, color schemes, styles, cultural traditions and guests. We want to make sure your wedding and reception as beyond your expectations. Far too often, many venues reply with a 'no' instead of a 'yes' to things you want to do to make your day a success. Here at Arch At Chatham, it's your day, not ours and we want to do everything we can to incorporate all the details that will make your day special.


After coming to our venue for a site tour and securing your wedding date, you will be assigned your own personal event coordinator.  This is included in your package and will be your contact from the time you start planning your wedding until the end of the night when the hugs and goodbyes take place. Keep in mind, your event coordinator is not the same as a wedding planner. The personal event coordinator is in charge of all the happenings within the venue for your event. A wedding coordinator/planner works with you and all your vendor selections, details, payments and follow through outside of the venue and will work directly with us on the day of your event. We have have full wedding planning services available to our couples for an additional fee. Contact us for more information.

  • Monday - Thursday - $1,800
  • Friday | Sunday - $2,800
  • Saturday - $3,500

*For up to 8 hours {includes 6 hrs celebration max;  decor/vendor set up 1 hr | exit/clean up 1 hr}

*up to 1 hr ceremony [including guest entry], 1 hr cocktail time, 4 hrs reception time max


FOR CEREMONY ONLY:

  • Monday - Thursday - $900
  • Friday | Sunday - $1,200
  • Saturday - $1,500**

Additional Hours: $125 per hour

CATERING and bar services:  We have our own in-house catering team that will work with you to provide many menu choices or custom design one for you. However, you are able to bring in your own licensed caterer for a $500 fee. If you are wanting to have alcohol/bar services, your licensed caterer must be able to provide this and/or you must use our inside professional bar service.


Upon booking with us, we will give your our list of preferred vendors that we recommend from prior business engagements. However, you an use any vendor you prefer.
